  • Fundamental Yoga poses that balance effort and ease of intensity. Increase joint mobility, strengthen muscles, and improve your balance in a non-competitive and welcoming atmosphere. This class is a good place for new Yoga students to begin, and experienced Yogis looking for a gentle and accessible Yoga class.

  • A slower-paced version of traditional flow style Yoga. Transitions are slowed down, and poses are held for several breaths. Variations of poses from gentle to moderate intensity are available and use of props is demonstrated.

Class begins with a proper warm up and ends with Savasana. This class is suitable for beginners and those who prefer a gentle practice.

Accessible Yoga

  • We’ve assembled a team of our most qualified Yoga teachers to lead this class for students who would like an extra gentle/therapeutic experience.

Extensive use of props will be explained and encouraged, we also have chairs for those students who can’t or don’t want to get on the floor. Poses will be extra gentle, and attention can be given to students wanting personalized cues and assistance. Questions and feedback about pose modifications are welcome during class.

This class is intended to benefit students with declining mobility, acute or chronic pain, who are pre-surgery or post-surgery, and students recovering from an injury or illness. Even students who generally feel good may enjoy the slow pace of this extra gentle practice.

  • Traditional Yoga poses that flow together through breathing. This class will be an opportunity to strengthen muscles, improve balance and stamina, and will benefit your entire being.

Core Flow

  • Traditional Yoga poses that flow This class emphasizes strengthening the muscles that support and move your spine. The class is yoga based but incorporates some Pilates inspired movement, balancing, and other fun stuff.

Gentle Yogalates

Join us for a very special Yin Yoga & Live Music class with Melissa Gray, our resident Yin Yoga specialist, and Jordan Cromwell, talented musician. Let the soothing sounds of music carry you away to a transformative experience on your mat.

Suitable for almost all levels of students, Yin Yoga is for any student looking for a simple, yet deeply meditative practice (i.e. Yin) to compliment the more traditional, faster paced exercise routines (i.e. Yang) styles of yoga that emphasize internal heat, and the lengthening and contracting of our muscles.
Yin Yoga generally targets the connective tissues of the hips, pelvis, and lower spine.

Space is limited!

$25. You can prepay through: PayPal or Venmo.

Yoga Nidra with Toni Hansen

Monthly on the Fourth Sunday 4:00 pm – 5:00 pm

Join us for the practice of Yoga Nidra led by Toni Hansen. Yoga Nidra is a form of guided meditation where we rest between states of wakefulness and sleep. It is a powerful, nourishing practice that can restore healthy sleep, relieve stress and anxiety while also boosting energy and creativity. Yoga Nidra is a deeply relaxing and healing practice that brings equilibrium and harmony - physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Unlike traditional seated meditation which can be a physical strain, Yoga Nidra is experienced in a posture where the body is completely supported, such as savasana. This relaxed posture allows the body and mind to fully rest and rejuvenate while being guided in meditation.

We will begin with gentle yoga movements, followed by Yoga Nidra. You are encouraged to bring your own props such as blankets, a yoga mat, and a small pillow. The studio also has some props to use.

$20. You can prepay through: PayPal or Venmo.
