Yin Yoga with Melissa Gray

Join us for a special Yin Yoga class with Melissa Gray, our resident Yin Yoga specialist. Suitable for almost all levels of students, Yin Yoga is for any student looking for a simple, yet deeply meditative practice (i.e. Yin) to compliment the more traditional, faster paced exercise routines (i.e. Yang) styles of yoga that emphasize internal heat, and the lengthening and contracting of our muscles.
Yin Yoga generally targets the connective tissues of the hips, pelvis, and lower spine. This will be the perfect ending to your day.
Space is limited!
We encourage you to bring your own props to use during class, or we have some that you can borrow.
Restorative Yoga with Michele Young

Join us for a special Restorative Yoga class with Michele Young, our resident Restorative Yoga specialist.
Suitable for almost all levels of students, Restorative Yoga is for any student looking for a simple, yet deeply relaxing practice to compliment the more traditional, faster paced movement classes.
Relax, Restore and Renew your body with gentle yoga poses held for 5 - 15 minutes while supported by props and blankets (we encourage you to bring your own please, or we have some to borrow).
