Traditional Yoga poses that flow together through breathing . This class will be an opportunity to strengthen muscles, improve balance and stamina, and will benefit your entire being.

Yin Yoga/Slow Flow
Yin Yoga poses to relax, restore and help you balance the elements of each season. The class will end with a short Slow Flow and Savasana.

Core Flow
This class emphasizes strengthening the muscles that support and move your spine. The class is yoga based but incorporates some Pilates inspired movement, balancing, and other fun stuff.

Yogalates
Yoga and Pilates fusion class including traditional Yoga Flow and Pilates inspired mat exercises that strengthen and tone the entire body (especially the core). The class will end with a Savasana.
