Teacher Training

There are many choices for yoga teacher trainings, but there are not many opportunities to ignite movement and create a practice using strength without strain, effort without pain.

This course might not be for everyone as it challenges the status quo, the idea that asana should be “performed” in a specific way.  It is designed for lifelong learners who are curious about the “why” of yoga as much as the “how”. Embracing contemporary perspectives on asana, pranayama and subtle energies leads us to our Self and the unity that is the essence of the yoga practice.

Life can be busy and committing to 9 weeks of training can be a challenge. We’ve created a flexible training calendar to meet your needs! Three units of study are offered to meet the 200 hour registration guidelines. Take the units consecutively or spread them out over two years. Create a training that is right for you.
