Gentle – Slower paced class, great for beginning students and those who want to slow down.
Level 1 – More challenging than Gentle yoga. Classic yoga poses are explored.
Flow – A Vinyasa style class with classic yoga poses that are linked together with the breath.
Flow 1-2 – Advanced beginners Vinyasa, movements are linked with the breath.
Flow 2 – Faster paced flow class for students with some Vinyasa style experience.
Slow Flow – A slower paced flow class for those seeking a more therapeutic and deliberate Vinyasa practice.
Core Flow -This class emphasizes strengthening the muscles that support and move your spine. The class is yoga based but incorporates some pilates movement, balancing, and other fun stuff. Join us and find out how strengthening your core can improve your life.
Find Your Inner Power – Explore and deepen your Asana practice using balls, blocks, weights, and straps.
All Levels Yoga Pilates Fusion – A therapeutic, slow flow hatha yoga practice for all-levels infused with basic pilates mat exercises that will strengthen your low back and core muscles while soothing pain and tension in your body, mind and spirit. Variations of each pose are offered throughout class so you can fully customize and cater your practice to whatever skill level you’re at. Beginning, intermediate and advanced practitioners are all welcome.
Restorative – Relax, restore, and renew your body, mind, and spirit with supported and gentle restorative poses that reset your nervous system, reduce physical pain, and provide for a deep sense of peace and relaxation.
Yin Yoga – Suitable for almost all levels of students, Yin Yoga is a perfect complement to the dynamic and muscular (yang) styles of yoga that emphasize internal heat, and the lengthening and contracting of our muscles. Yin Yoga generally targets the connective tissues of the hips, pelvis, and lower spine.
Yin Yoga and Hot Stones – Bliss out with a Hot Stone supported Yin Yoga practice. The soothing warmth of the stones and inward reflection of Yin introduces us to the possibility of physical, emotional, and mental equilibrium. Suitable for almost all levels of students, Yin Yoga is a perfect complement to the dynamic and muscular (yang) styles of yoga that emphasize internal heat, and the lengthening and contracting of our muscles.
Yoga Nidra – Also known as “yogic sleep”, yoga nidra uses guided imagery and visualization to allow for the deepest state of relaxation possible while maintaining consciousness. Extremely helpful for those seeking meditative self-inquiry, trauma resolution, and reduction of stress, depression, anxiety, insomnia, physical pain, and PTSD symptoms.
Slow Flow/Yoga Nidra – Start with slow Vinyasa flow to help you unwind, de-stress and prepare you for Yoga Nidra. This class ends with Yoga Nidra “yogic sleep” relaxation that brings incredible calmness, quietness and clarity.
All Instructors have completed at least 200 hours of teacher training.
