Gentle – Slower paced class, great for beginning students and those who want to slow down.
Level 1 – More challenging than Gentle yoga. Classic yoga poses are explored.
Flow – A Vinyasa style class with classic yoga poses that are linked together with the breath.
Flow 1-2 – Advanced beginners Vinyasa, movements are linked with the breath.
Flow 2 – Faster paced flow class for students with some Vinyasa style experience.
All Levels Flow – A Vinyasa style class with classic yoga poses that are linked together with the breath. Variations of each pose are offered throughout the class. Props and cues are used so you can modify your practice and benefit from the poses. Beginning, intermediate and advanced practitioners are all welcome.
Easeful Flow – In this class we will open the entire body with a balance between Stirha and Sukha, stability and ease. With breath and movement we will create space throughout the entire body, mind and spirit, bringing balance and harmony within. (All Levels)
Joyful Flow – In this class you will joyfully open the body with a fun, creative flow then move into the exploration of Pranayama (mindful breathing) and Meditation. This fun practice will leave you feeling full of light and joy and ready for the rest of your day. (All Levels)
Slow Flow – A slower paced flow class for those seeking a more therapeutic and deliberate Vinyasa practice. Each pose will be held for several breaths to explore the posture more fully and deeply. This class is perfect for beginning Vinyasa students.
Gentle Chakra Flow – Starting from a place of grounding, we will explore the Chakras (7 energy centers in our body) and their impact on the body, mind and spirit through a gentle flowing practice. This class is appropriate for all levels of practitioners.
Core Flow -This class emphasizes strengthening the muscles that support and move your spine. The class is yoga based but incorporates some pilates movement, balancing, and other fun stuff. Join us and find out how strengthening your core can improve your life.
Vinyasa 1-2 – This class will create heat, strength and flexibility while fostering inner awareness and focus. This class is beneficial for all practitioners. It teaches important foundations while holding space for exploration for more experienced students.
All Levels Yoga Pilates Fusion A therapeutic, slow flow hatha yoga practice for all-levels infused with basic pilates mat exercises that will strengthen your low back and core muscles while soothing pain and tension in your body, mind and spirit. Variations of each pose are offered throughout class so you can fully customize and cater your practice to whatever skill level you’re at. Beginning, intermediate and advanced practitioners are all welcome.
Restorative – Relax, restore, and renew your body, mind, and spirit with supported and gentle restorative poses that reset your nervous system, reduce physical pain, and provide for a deep sense of peace and relaxation.
Yin Yoga – Suitable for almost all levels of students, Yin Yoga is a perfect complement to the dynamic and muscular (yang) styles of yoga that emphasize internal heat, and the lengthening and contracting of our muscles. Yin Yoga generally targets the connective tissues of the hips, pelvis, and lower spine.
Yin Yoga and Hot Stones – Bliss out with a Hot Stone supported Yin Yoga practice. The soothing warmth of the stones and inward reflection of Yin introduces us to the possibility of physical, emotional, and mental equilibrium. Suitable for almost all levels of students, Yin Yoga is a perfect complement to the dynamic and muscular (yang) styles of yoga that emphasize internal heat, and the lengthening and contracting of our muscles.
Yoga Nidra – Also known as “yogic sleep”, yoga nidra uses guided imagery and visualization to allow for the deepest state of relaxation possible while maintaining consciousness. Extremely helpful for those seeking meditative self-inquiry, trauma resolution, and reduction of stress, depression, anxiety, insomnia, physical pain, and PTSD symptoms.
Slow Flow/Yoga Nidra – Start with slow Vinyasa flow to help you unwind, de-stress and prepare you for Yoga Nidra. This class ends with Yoga Nidra “yogic sleep” relaxation that brings incredible calmness, quietness and clarity.
All Instructors have completed at least 200 hours of teacher training.
