Gentle – Slower paced class, great for beginning students and those who want to slow down.
Level 1 – More challenging than Gentle yoga. Classic yoga poses are explored.
Flow 1-2 – Advanced beginners, movements are linked with the breath.
Flow 2 – Faster paced flow class for students with some experience.
Slow Flow – A slower paced flow class for those seeking a more therapeutic and deliberate Vinyasa Practice.
Core Flow -This class emphasizes strengthening the muscles that support and move your spine. The class is yoga based but incorporates some pilates movement, balancing, and other fun stuff. Join us and find out how strengthening your core can improve your life.
Yin Yoga – Suitable for almost all levels of students, Yin Yoga is a perfect complement to the dynamic and muscular (yang) styles of yoga that emphasize internal heat, and the lengthening and contracting of our muscles. Yin Yoga generally targets the connective tissues of the hips, pelvis, and lower spine.
Restorative – Relax, restore, and renew your body, mind, and spirit with supported and gentle restorative poses that reset your nervous system, reduce physical pain, and provide for a deep sense of peace and relaxation.
Yoga Nidra – Also known as “yogic sleep”, yoga nidra uses guided imagery and visualization to allow for the deepest state of relaxation possible while maintaining consciousness. Extremely helpful for those seeking meditative self-inquiry, trauma resolution, and reduction of stress, depression, anxiety, insomnia, physical pain, and PTSD symptoms.
Introduction to Iyengar Yoga – An introduction to the disciplined and challenging practice of Iyengar Yoga. Traditional poses will utilize props and focus on alignment.
5 Senses – Enliven all 5 of your senses with an aromatic, high-vibrational, Level 1 practice of mantra, meditation, and movement that will leave you feeling like you just left the spa.
Find Your Inner Power – Explore and deepen your Asana practice using balls, blocks, weights, and straps.
Happy Hour Yoga – A Dynamic yoga practice that cultivates presence by connecting movement with breath. Most classes feature several elements of traditional Ashtanga yoga including sun salutations, standing poses, preparation for arm balances, dynamic stretching, and pranayama (breath work). All Levels.
All Instructors have completed at least 200 hours of teacher training.
