We will spend the weekend exploring the Chakras, Vayus, Nadis, Koshas, Mudras and Mantras and how they relate to physical, emotional, and mental well being. You'll learn how to incorporate these practices into your home practice or group classes. This gentle Yoga class has an emphasis on standing and gentle poses.
It is great for beginners or yogis (15 and up) wanting to come check out Rishi's Community Yoga for FREE!
