Restorative yoga is a practice that relaxes, calms and nourishes, reducing pain and invoking true healing. It’s a powerful practice for anyone recovering from illness, injury or a stress-filled life.
In this 6 Hour Restorative Yoga workshop you will:
· Explore a series of Restorative Yoga poses for group yoga classes or home practice
· Create a sequence with appropriate flow and timing
· Discover how to use props for variations of each supported pose
· Reframe words and speech to invoke a feeling of relaxation and healing energy
This workshop is for all students and Yoga teachers who wish to use Restorative Yoga in their home practice or group classes.
There will be a thirty minute break at 2:00 pm
Yoga Alliance members earn 6 CEU’s for this course.
