You’re invited to join in this special Yoga Nidra during December’s New Moon.
The New Moon is a monthly opportunity to send new intentions out to the universe and reset your course.
Yoga Nidra, also known as Yogic Sleep or Yogic Dreaming, invites you to explore your deepest desires and form your new intention or Sankalpa.
If you have never joined a Yoga Nidra and have questions, here’s what to expect:
-Some breathing and gentle stretching to ready your body for laying in a relaxing position as you would in Savasana
-Being guided through imagery and various meditative states and relaxing practices
-Having an opportunity to set an intention while in a conscious state that is between being asleep and awake
It is known to help with the effects of stress, trauma and PTSD symptoms.
Most people come out of Yoga Nidra feeling relaxed and renewed.
