Happy Hips with Annette Moltzan

Tight hips can affect alignment in the body and how you carry your weight throughout your day. Oftentimes, what is needed to help release tightness and pain in the hips can be too intense causing frustration and the tendency to push too far. Deep seated emotions are housed in this area and can affect how you treat your body and why you struggle with healing. In this workshop we will explore these ties.

ABOUT Annette Moltzan
Annette Moltzan, RYT-500 and C-IAYT began teaching yoga in 2009. Her personal experiences lead her to the study of Yoga Therapy. She is a member of Yoga Alliance and the International Association of Yoga Therapists. Her background in geological engineering compliments her teaching style. She choreographs practices tailored to promote healthy aging using a gentle approach that blends mindfulness, alignment, and stimulation of all senses. Students learn how to integrate these principles into their daily life.
