Free Summer Series: Foundations of a Safe Practice/Unit 1-Warming up Safely and Protecting the Back

This series is free to all Yogis who wish to practice safely as their bodies age.
These short classes are a sneak peak into our Training Programs at Rishi’s Community Yoga.
Every class will end with an opportunity to ask all of your questions about Yoga Training.
