Exploring the Chakras

The Sanskrit word Chakra means “wheel” and corresponds to the energy centers in our body. These energy centers resemble vortices,
dynamic whirling forces in our subtle body.
What to Expect:
Experience your seven main chakras and deepen your understanding of these subtle energies in this fun workshop. Learn self-care tools to balance your chakras that you can integrate into your daily life.
Using guided meditation, energy medicine tools, mantras (sounds), gentle yoga movement, and yoga nidra we will open and balance our chakras. Together we will gain a deeper sense of feeling our chakras and explore how these subtle energies are a part of us.
All are welcome, no experience needed.
